Gil Gerald & Associates, Inc. serves non-governmental and governmental organizations at the grassroots and grass tops seeking to better serve their clients in an increasingly culturally and linguistically diverse community environment. We provide organizational development, capacity building, fund development and training services. Our services include on-site, regional, and online training for professionals involved in the delivery of community health and other human services. We are especially qualified and experienced in helping to develop organizational capacity and professional knowledge and skills to better serve clients who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, same gender loving or two-spirit (LGBT/SGL/2-S) individuals and families.
As part of the organizational and management support we offer, we guide client organzations through and beyond program planning, fund development planning, strategic planning, and communications planning that identify the goals, strategies, objectives and resources to improve service outcomes. We help clients execute their plans effectively and efficiently. Gil Gerald & Associates, Inc. consulting services have an excellent track record in providing technical assistance and training for health and behavioral health organizations, and for providing training courses for professionals within these organizations through our LGBT-TRISTAR and LGBT-ACCESS services. We also have more than two decades of experience assisting non-profit organizations and health departments through program development, consultations in support of community planning, and grant writing services to secure public and private sector grants, particularly for organizations focusing on HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment services, primary medical care, and alcohol and other drug use prevention, treatment or recovery support services.
