Professional Development Training
Professional development and training courses are provided through on-site in-service training for client organizations, and through online training courses. We offer continuing education certificates for mental health professionals and substance abuse counselors (Currently only in California).

Grant Writing Consultant and Fund Raising Counsel
Gil Gerald & Associates, Inc. is registered as a fundraising counsel with the Office of the Attorney General of the State of California. As such we offer a full-range of services, except for directly soliciting any funds on your behalf. We offer grant writing services and technical assistance services in fund development.

Our staff and consultant pool provide technical assistance services in the area of research and evaluation geared to helping organzations to conduct needs assessments to effectively plan for services, determine the extent to which their services are meeting needs, and build their own capacity to engage in community-based research and evaluation.
